WILLIAM P. NAGLE [Of Counsel] Mr. Nagle's practice is focused on municipal law, specifically including employment and labor law, public construction law, zoning matters, property condemnation, property tax litigation, and other matters relating to the operation of governments. Mr. Nagle graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1974 with a Juris Doctorate Degree. After private practice for two years, Mr. Nagle served as the Assistant City Attorney in Oshkosh, and then from 1980 until his retirement in 2008 as the City Attorney for the City of Wausau. During his tenure in Wausau, he also served as the Director of Human Resources at various times, including the period from 2000 until his retirement. Mr. Nagle is a member of the Wisconsin and Marathon County Bar Associations. Mr. Nagle is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Western District and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. |
