Mr. Stacker, born in Wausau, Wisconsin, focuses his legal practice in the areas of corporate law and litigation, personal injury and worker’s compensation, tax law and real estate law. He has extensive experience in advising individuals and businesses relative to strategic planning and personnel issues. Besides helping people maintain and operate their active entities, he has been actively involved with the formation of business entities, including limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships.
Mr. Stacker has appeared in front of federal and state agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Workforce Development. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, with honors, in 1986. In 1989 he obtained his law degree from Marquette University and was admitted to the State of Wisconsin Bar Association that year as well. Mr. Stacker has served as the President of the Marathon County Bar Association. He remains a member of the Marathon County Bar Association, as well as a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. Mr. Stacker also served on the Preliminary Review Committee for the Office of Lawyer Regulation from 2006 to 2010.
