DANIEL R. PETERS [Shareholder] Dan is an attorney with Pietz, VanderWaal, Stacker & Rottier, S.C. Dan’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on representing individuals and insurers. Throughout his career, Dan has been involved in the litigation of cases involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, products liability, fire loss, insurance coverage disputes, property damage, construction and other personal injury cases. Dan has tried numerous jury trials throughout the State of Wisconsin. Dan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (BA, 1997) and his law degree from the University of Tulsa-College of Law (JD, 2000). Dan was admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin in 2000. Dan is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin state courts, including the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Dan is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court- Eastern District of Wisconsin and United States District Court- Western District of Wisconsin. Dan is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Marathon County Bar Association and Wisconsin Defense Counsel (formerly Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin). Dan enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, golfing and fishing. |
